Ladies for Life

Seen but still rejected

Posted on: March 4, 2009

(Parents: I like to think you vet all posts before having your kids read them, but this one is about especially evil conduct of the sort that provokes screaming meemy nightmares, so… extra caution, please. Thanks.)

In stark contrast to the previous post, there are abortionists who throw live babies into biohazard bags. Today brought reports of another alleged case in Florida. (hat tip: Alliance Alert)

I guess it depends on what you think your job is: providing medical care, or getting rid of unwanted individuals. Well, that, and whether you understand that you answer to God for what you do to a human being He’s created.

The following was drafted Feb. 9, but for whatever reason, I didn’t post it. (Somebody tell me I’m not the only person with drafts I can’t decide whether to publish…) But it ties in, so…

A mother who sought an abortion but delivered a live baby, only to see the abortionist kill the baby while she watched is suing for damages. (Via Althouse, who claims that to claim damages for seeing the killing of your baby is to say that you didn’t comprehend what you went into the abortuary for in the first place.)

I’ve read other news stories about women traumatized by seeing the remains of their baby accidentally left out after an abortion. Uhm, well, I guess if you’ve really got yourself convinced that what you’re asking the ‘doctor’ to remove isn’t really a baby, it would be a shock to find out that what you think and what you see doesn’t change what the child is.

Fantasy 0. Reality 1.
