My kids go to public school (and I don’t think they’d take a scizence class like that anyway! They’re all drama/language/creative types!) I’m guessing that book wouldn’t be in our school, but it sounds pretty interesting! Wanted to give a recommendation to another book, about the destiny of our animal companions, and recognizing divine providence at work in Creation, : “Animals in Heaven? Catholics Want to Know.” It’s not just about our animal friends, but also a universal call to all of us to be stewards of the earth. I especially like the stories of the saints (and yes, St. Francis of Assisi is there!). It’s got an outstanding scriptural base.
